Oliver Stone moves into 2 River Terrace to be next to Leo

April 13, 2017- The Post reports, “Oscar-winning filmmaker Oliver Stone, a native New Yorker, is buying a 24th-floor unit at Riverhouse, at 2 River Terrace in Battery Park City, according to sources familiar with the deal.

Spies say that Stone was impressed with the building’s eco-friendly credentials — and the fact that Leonardo DiCaprio owns the condominium’s two penthouses. (Tyra Banks is currently selling her palatial Riverhouse spread.)

The 1,982-square-foot three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit was asking $4.35 million. It comes with stunning views of the Statue of Liberty and the New York Harbor, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.”
