Weather terrorism

Update January 24, 2016- The national news tonight was in full propaganda mode promoting their agenda that this was indeed a big blizzard after all, just as they hyped. The problem is that it was not a blizzard. The winds were never sustained over 35-MPH. They were quite calm for 48-hours.

However, that did not stop NBC from using large headlines “Blizzard ‘16” and “Nor’easter”. It was neither.

Knowing the wind definition of a blizzard, CBS flat out lied and claimed that New York City was suffering 50-MPH winds. NBC sent a reporter to Cape Cod to do a remote story with strong winds.

On CBS This morning, just hours ago, they hyped “The Blizzard of 2016” and warned of snowfall to Washington, DC to be in the three-feet range (see video above). The TV weather predictions forced the weak politicians to close down the East Coast. However, there is every indication by objective weather parameters that there will not even be a small winter storm, much less an epic blizzard.

As of now, 10:00 AM on Friday morning, there is no significant snowfall in the path of the storm. The CBS reporters were standing in calm weather having to use white salt mounds as surrogates for snow. The real NASA satellite images show the cloud mass heading northward, away from the East Coast. In Ohio, where the heart of the storm is now, there is zero snowfall.

The TV news is hyping this as a blizzard because it is good for ratings. This is terrorism for the purpose of profit, folks.

The East Coast has been shut down. Hundreds of millions in GDP will be lost. This is a bigger impact to the country than the ISIS attack in San Bernardino.

Homeland Security and The White House to start governing better the press coverage of impending hurricanes and blizzards. When the TV news cries wolf, it causes people to ignore warnings that they should be heeding. Recall, in 2011, Hurricane Irene was hyped and never materialized. As a result, many people ignored warnings of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

Prediction: There will be no blizzard
