One of the most successful chefs and restaurateurs in New York City is Eric Bromberg. With classic training in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu, he went on to launch Blue Ribbon on Sullivan Street in SOHO, with his brother Bruce. They now have more than 14 restaurants in New York and Las Vegas.
A Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar will be opening in the Brookfield Place “Hudson Eats” this July. We interviewed Mr. Bromberg about his biography, and how he made the jump to businessman from chef.
