If you have received a food delivery order processed by Seamless and the food is either unsatisfactory, late, or just the wrong items, you should ask for a refund. Go to the “Help” section of seamless and make a call.

I ordered a sesame chicken from Accord, and General Tso’s arrived. Seamless refunded the order.

Calling the restaurants directly might work as well. However, many of these joints are liars and belligerent. For example, I witnessed a BonChon Korean fried chicken order to one of my doormen show up two hours late. The delivery guy was apologetic and he clearly forgot about the order. I called the restaurant on his behalf, and the lady lied, claiming that it was a Seamless problem, and she refused to give him a refund.
