I previously ranked the best French fries in the city and found two Stephen Starr places to have the best: The Clocktower and El Vez. The trick is to soft cook the fries, then let them sit overnight, and then fry them for serving.
Well, in a high-quality bar/restaurant on Columbus at the Pint House, I discovered that they do this too with their fries. I think I am the only one to appreciate it.
